On the first day of instruction, students must be at least 18 years old and will be required to provide a state or government-issued identification with photo for age verification.
Note: if you are not at least 18 years old prior to the first day of instruction, an interview with the Dean or Director is required prior to admission.
English is the language of instruction and examination at the School. Minimum standards of English proficiency are required to ensure that students can understand and communicate clearly to be successful in the programs. Completion of an accredited US high school or equivalent and passing the Wonderlic Assessment Test demonstrates English proficiency. San Francisco Institute of Esthetics & Cosmetology reserves the right to dismiss any student who is deemed insufficiently fluent in the English language.
